The AI Talent Lab connects organizations with the emerging generation of young AI talent: Innovation management master students with hands-on experience using evolving generative AI tools and agents. Further, these students also bring critical reflections and research on how AI is really changing work and organizations.

The AI Talent Lab connects AI talent with organizations that want to understand how generative AI is actually changing work. Organizations can bring a question or challenge to the lab; master's students then investigate it through research and data collection and translate the findings into a practitioner report, presentations, workshops, or other formats.

Generative AI and developers’ work

Daniel wrote a report on developers & AI together with Jana based on his master thesis at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), including 19 interviews with developers across 13 organizations.

He now works full-time in agentic development, after starting out in financial systems development as a business analyst.
